Redeem Fortnite Skin?

I currently have a Fortnite account with Epic Games, which is played on the PC. Here's a map with a code: 1000VBucks and a skin. However, I see that the code is only for the PSN. A PS4 is available to me. How do I get code redeemed on my Epic Games account?

Connect your Play Station account to your Epic Games account [https://www.epicgames.com/account/connected].
Redeem the code on your Play Station.
Start Fortnite on your Play Station.
The V-Bucks and the skin will be credited to your account.
