b) if this is free this year you can also use the free version of VBUCKS farms or only with the paid?

No, it's not on sale anymore and I suspect that in the free version of RdW - if it comes out - there will not be V-Buck Alerts etc. Or "other" V-Bucks, as everything else would be unfair to the buyers
