Is it bad if you played controller briefly in Fortnite?

I'm m & k player and my friend and i made a 1v1 for each other, he played on m & k and i on controller. After that when we swapped back everything felt so strange and I'm afraid that I'm now somehow worse, especially as far as Aim is concerned because he also has a high sens and I have a low sens. Can someone explain to me whether this greatly influences my skill?
