That he always has the mistake on the left stick that he ingame himself moves left and right. The same as with the right stick. Can you fix that somehow?
You have to take everything apart and replace the sticks, you need spare parts and a soldering iron + solder + solder grease. The dinger also have a high wear, the manufacturers do not even repair in the warranty period (it will be exchanged and disposed of).

This sounds as if the contacts of the stick are out of order. Either they are worn or, if you're lucky, just dirty.
Unfortunately, you did not write what kind of model your controller is. But usually there are four small screws on the back, which you can loosen with a screwdriver to open the case. To get to the contacts, you may need to gently unplug the white flex cable. Then you can clean the contacts with a lint-free cloth or preferably with a cotton swab. If that does not help, you can also order replacement parts for many controller models.
