A friend of mine is threatening to send me a fraud report even though I'm not to blame, is that possible?

I'm 14 years old and have a group on Facebook where I offer my repair service, which I use to earn some pocket money.

Now there was a time when I was in Cologne with my mother and was not allowed to receive packages and therefore could not offer a repair service.

But then I got the idea to give 50% of the money to a friend when he accepts the package for me and I then repair it over the weekend when I'm with my father and he then sends it back. So I didn't worry about it and did it with his consent.

Now I live with my father again and my colleague also lives in the same city. When I was back here with my father he hesitated to give me the console to repair it and didn't care about it now because I thought it was his fault if the person should file a complaint.

Now it was time, he wrote to me and reported to me that he had received a complaint about goods fraud and passed it on to me. Now I was worried but I couldn't really do what because he just kept the console which was not my goal. I wanted to fix the console and send it back.

I have already spoken to my father and called the police station saying that we should wait and that I'm not actually to blame.

However, my former colleague now thinks he has reported me and that the police will soon be at my door.

He also thinks I'm getting in trouble for selling Fortnite accounts on Facebook because that's forbidden.

Am I to blame now? I really wanted to fix the console and send it back, but he hesitated to admit it, so what should I do?

Wh

Your friend gets into trouble with the console.

If Fortnite or Facebook are causing you trouble then civil law.

Otherwise, there can also be trouble because you have neither registered a business for the repair work nor for the sale of the Fortnite accounts or stated the income with the tax.

Re

As I found out, it is forbidden to sell fortnite accounts and anything like that. I have now deleted everything related to this from Facebook.

Yes for the repair service I had no business, but since everything was practically private via Facebook and messenger I thought it would not be important because it was only now and then.

Fortnite may prohibit the sale of accounts. The violation of the general terms and conditions is not punishable. So that's not too bad.
