I have been playing League of Legends for almost 7 years and have "only" put in just under 70 euro during this period. But you have to see that in relation. If you buy a full price title today, it already costs 60 euro and most of the games you will hardly play for 7 years.
If you buy the new Fifa or CoD or something else and gamble that for a maximum of one year until the next part comes out.
I find 70 euro for 7 years of entertainment more than ok.
So far, probably around 1,000. However, I make money myself. Also, I don't play the game anymore, so this sum doesn't get higher.
The money was not wasted either, as I had a lot of fun playing and stopped when I realized that I was no longer enjoying it. And then continuing to spend money on that would have been a waste.
