Set Fortnite country for matchmaking?

Hi. I've been playing a lot of Fortnite Duo and Trio with strangers lately and it's getting annoying that 85% of people can't use voice chat because they're not of the same nationality as me. As far as I can see, you can only select a continent and not a country for the matchmaking. Is there any way to get only German players?
