We're at Telekom and we have internet dropouts, whether with WLAN or LAN cable, every few minutes. So technicians called from Telekom, gave us a new line etc. New port and everything, he said it should go again, in the beginning it worked for 1-2 hours, but then again these disconnectes increased.
I play fortnite, and the funny thing is, if I have these disconnectes, I can see everything still going on, so opponents, voice chat etc. But I just can't move.
Please be honest for advice, gaming is my hobby and would be grateful for any helpful answer.
Can have several reasons. If there's a device in the network that causes the dropouts, the router can be itself, it can also simply be because the range of the WLAN is not sufficient.
The range is not a problem, can also with lan etc. But the technician just said it was all good, do not understand: /
Achso, I misunderstood that this also leads to dropouts with a cable. However, as I said, it can also be a device in the network that causes massive problems. I had that until last week. Then I threw all devices out of the network and gradually re-registered. It turned out that a SmartHome socket caused massive problems.
This is really annoying.
