Fortnite pc still image?

I play Fortnite on the controller and sometimes I have a still picture so to speak so I can't move for 1 second and in the middle of the still picture I have no sound anymore and the pc characters are displayed even though I was thinking about playing controller if it is somehow due to my antivirus system you can help me would be happy about every answer!

What does that have to do with your antivirus system?
