Basically I'm against teaming in Fortnite if you ally with opponents in solo, duo or team mode and attack other players. But is it also forbidden or do you get a ban from Epic Games if you "befriend" an opponent and do nothing except sit around and die in the storm?
Sometimes in solo and in group wedges I find opponents who just want to dance with me. So far I have not received a warning or anything.
Does anyone know if something is okay or can you be banned for it or receive a warning?
I think it's different in group wedges than in solo. Better leave it in solo. It's just my advice. LG
Teaming (i.e. Not killing each other and attacking others) is prohibited. For that one can be banned. My friend once teamed and she was kicked out of the match and taken away. If you get kicked, the chat says {Username} has been struck by the ban hammer.

As long as you just dance or sit and later die from the zone or go your separate ways, it's understandable
Group wedges are not taken as seriously as in game modes like Solo, Duos, Teams, Pure Gold, etc.
