So I was banned from epic without authorization (because of teaming). I wrote epic and 2 days later my ban was gone.

If you were banned for teaming, it was not unjustified. That's why you don't get that. VBucks
You only got these 2000V-Bucks because there was a bug in FN's anti-cheat and some people were banned for cheating. However, teaming is not regulated by the AC, but differently and these are only wrong decisions

I'm not sure what that means. If you bought something, probably a currency in a game, you have proof of purchase in the form of an invoice. If something is missing from your (digital) goods, then you have to contact customer service. Only they have access to the system in which your payment is booked and your account is managed.
Any distributions, bonuses or free bonuses are not affected; this is subject to the discretion of the provider. Did you read their terms and conditions? If you violate this, the provider may reserve the right to make such changes; you will probably not have an enforceable claim to these "vBucks".
