Fortnite game code where to enter?

I got a Fortnite game code when I bought my PC.

This is 24 digits long and contains uppercase and lowercase letters and numbers.

I first tried to give it to Epic Games under "Redeem Code",

but there you can only enter 20 digits and also no small letters.

Does anyone know what exactly that code is and where I can redeem it?
