Switch return?

I got a switch in the fortnite edition and splathoon 2 on November 11th and got both together with a guarantee. I redeemed the code and found that I couldn't cope with it. Everything is still completely repackaged so like the original and the note The code is also included. Now my question: can I return it despite the financing, will I get the money back for the guarantee, can I return the game even though I have already played 30 minutes, can I generally return it because I have the code have already redeemed? Another question: the code can be seen freely means: you don't even know whether the code has been redeemed or can they look it up somehow?

Imagine if you were to get a switch in the Fortnite Edition from Media Markt, you are happy, unpack it, want to use the code and then the message comes that it has already been used…
