How can you do many kills in Fortnite?

I'm a very active Fortnite player doing it every turn, but only up to 5 kills. Does one know how to create multiple kills in a round?

Good Aim helps a lot but of course you also have to be able to build. If not you are easy prey

Yes, then you should learn that. For example, if you want to have over 10 kills, you have to be able to do 90s or 180s or 3 layers, etc. If you can do that and more, and have good Aim then you'll be fine
