Fortnite clearly has the worse graphics and also a poorer sound design. It is very hard for casuals without a 5-button mouse to find the game and you will be taken away extremely quickly. I last played in Season 2 and stopped using Fortnite because the skill gap is too high. Also, there's no real rank system that puts you together with equally good players.
PUBG has the better graphics and the sound design is excellent due to the fact that it is based on a military sim. It's a lot harder, because you can't just take cover in the open field and you die by only a few hits. Unlike Bauskill and hopping around, PUBG focuses on shooter skills and attention, making it accessible to everyone. Although you play at the beginning rather with bots but there's a rank system.
