No, once you have chosen a team, you can no longer switch to another team. You can, however, rejoin your old team if you left it by yourself or if you have been removed from it due to inactivity - but only if there are still places available. There's no guarantee that you will be able to rejoin your team after you leave.

So unfortunately not.
