Whenever I want to go into the game, there's only an easy anticheat message and then the app "disappears" again. What can I do?

Do you play on pc or console?

If you are playing on PC you can click Verify in the launcher at Library under Fortnite at the 3 points. This may solve your problem.

Then, as far as I know, all files are checked for errors.
