Log in to Fortnite is not working?

I had an error today that prevented me from logging into Fortnite (PC).

With me, there's always this error message and if I press Repeat, I'll be kicked out and Fortnite restarts…

What can I do against it?

Either the servers are overloaded, there's a fault in your region or otherwise. I would shut down the PC / PS4 and then reboot. Or wait a few hours

Hmm, that's what I should have said: I've already tried to restart the PC and then tried and it did not work and I just went outside and helped my dad.
