My brother and I play together on a playstation the new fifa 20 and at first everything worked and suddenly his players went very slowly and did not run normally! Have everything staked etc but somehow nothing works!

If he presses the Ps button, everything is normal but as soon as he opens fifa or fortnite is not even the X button?
