Play Fortnite Playstation 4 at home but play with the switsch on the same account?

I would like to play on my TV with my Playstation 4 from fortnite at home but also with my Nintendo Switch e.g. Playing on vacation would it work that you can link the two devices so that my Playstation 4 account from fortnite can also be played on the Switch, so to speak on Playstation 4 and on the Switch is the same fortnite account?

Yes, if you link your Playstation account to Switch, the app asks you when you start for the first time if you have another account that you want to link, click yes and log in with your Playstation account.
