I have the feeling that the players and in general the whole picture in fortnite has become narrower with me. I tried the 4: 3 format but I think it's too wide. Is there a compromise between the normal 16: 4 format and the 4: 3? How can I make the players just a little wider and what resolution must I then in the% localappdata% config. Enter?

You should just fill your entire screen without distorting the image.
You can also try to increase the FOV. Go here:
C: \ Users \ Your Username \ AppData \ Local \ FortniteGame \ Saved \ Config \ Windows Client
Then open the "Engine.ini" file and add the following code in a new line:
[/Script/Engine.LocalPlayer] AspectRatioAxisConstraint = AspectRatio_MaintainYFOV
Save and Close File → Restart Fortnite.
The whole screen is filled in both formats.
Unfortunately I can't find the folder, is there another way?
