In Fortnite are mostly just hackers?

I heard from a buddy that in Fortnite mostly only hackers are found who can kill everything with "auto aim" and he has sent me a few videos, eg this one where you can see how a hacker from 1000m distance can meet someone.

Is Fortnite worth it if you want to play FAIR? Or do you have to cheat yourself to get into the high ranks?

Believe me, it's NOT fun playing with Hackers. You lose immediately & then you don't feel like it either.
