PS4 - Game Fortnite - Parental controls not working?

My son got a PS4 for Christmas and we downloaded the game Fortnite.

I now wanted to set up a parental control and went to set up email there, then the following sentence comes up:

You can't use this application due to parental controls.

Who can help me?

I'm not getting any further?

Take the game away from him right away

Give serious advice or just don't say anything.
