Can you play lobbies as a switch player on pc?

Have a question and I just played fortnite with someone who plays on pc. I play on switch and the lobby was way too simple. Would have been better if we had gambled with the pc lobbies so you can turn off my switch lobbies or so that the players can get out of the pc lobby? With change group leader we have already tried it, but it did not work.

If he invites you as a PC player to HIS lobby, then you are in the PC lobby.

Just like when a mobile phone player invites you, you are in the mobile phone lobby.

I also thought (we were in the "pc lobby") but somehow they were all opponents who never built and that was pretty boring

Well, if you're lucky, sometimes only noobs or bots come in. For me a stroke of luck as bad as I'm 😁😁
