Fortnite lobbies?

Is it true that very good cell phone players come into a lobby with PC players?

This is possible because the lobbies are not filled by platform, but by skill.

From how many wins? But even though I'm a good cell phone player, there are a lot of bots in my lobbies.

You don't know exactly how Fortnite throws the players together. Nobody knows whether that is about the wins, the level or the kills. Basically, you should always be thrown together with similarly good players.
