Fortnite with controller on PC?

I have a PC and I would like to play with a controller but still get into PC lobbies.

I do not understand because my friend with Ps4 always with keyboard and mouse plays and he comes in normal Pc lobbies purely?

On the PC you come in PC lobbies. On the PS4 you can get into PS4 lobbies.

Not correct. If you connect a keyboard to the PlayStation, you come into PC lobbies.
