Play creative mode maps to improve Aim & Building
and if you play PC you can improve your aim with Kovaak's Aim Trainer (10 euro on Steam)
I learned it by getting into Tilted Towers. You will die much more often, but you practice very fast, because you meet a lot of opponents. To get an epic victory, after a bit of practice you should land in a city on the very edge where no one else lands, so you can start looking for weapons undisturbed and get supplies at the beginning. Practice creates masters.
