Turbo building in fortnite?

I recently started playing Fortnite on PC because I thought I would play the game again with the space I have. In any case, on the controller, I could only place wall or stairs with R2 or L2 without anything extra

But on the PC I always have to press the left click again to build something. How do I change that, for example. B. Build my wall (thumb button) or floor (Q) directly without a left click

As far as I know, that doesn't work, turbo construction is simply left-click on the PC and then press the corresponding construction buttons.
