With my switch, voice chat doesn't go to Fortnite?

I have a headset and it just doesn't work i don't get a voice chat to bite for help vlt i'm just too stupid haha

Look under Settings then the speaker symbol and then there's voice chat have you activated it? Maybe you have push to talk to make that out. Do you hear the others If you can change the voice chat recording device to your headset in the same settings.
