That's a good game

First of all no - too much RNG in my opinion to be a good game.
If I want to see who is the better, then I play a round of Quake or Tribes (or Battlerite, just not a shooter). Since you really need skill, since the weapons are not a Hitscan and B the movement is much more demanding and is much more important to master.
Furthermore, there's absolutely no RNG.
Quake Live costs btw. Only 10 euro and is a damn good game - recommendation from me.
