The 1060 6gb is just too expensive there are cheaper custom designs but the 580 is still cheaper and makes more than a 1060 6gb for 270 euro you get a rx590 which is again 15% faster than the 580 8gb as orientation the rx580 8gb is 3% faster than the 1060 6gb! I would rather recommend a Ryzen 5 2600x with a B450 motherboard!
