Microphone not working?

My microphone no longer works because I was in a team call with a friend and played Fortnite at the same time and suddenly it didn't work, I have already looked everywhere and also with the sound settings and the volume does not go up I need help

If the level in the sound settings does not move, the problem is with your microphone or the cable.
