Fortnite - still alone, why?

So… I play Fn more often and for months I've been somehow alone.

So that means, if I choose duo or team, I'm really always alone, in the top left corner I can't even see my level or how much life I have left… And that annoys me. Strangely enough, it just doesn't work for me.

Do you know what that could be and what you can do about it?

If you play on an Apple device, it is because Fortnite is no longer available on Apple devices.

You have to select "top up" before going into the match. You probably selected "don't pad".
