So whenever I press Start is there: The application could not be started correctly (0x000007b). I want to play Fortnite again

1. Turn off Playstation properly
(ie hold the on / off switch on the device for about 30 seconds)
2. Switch on the Playstation on the device again and keep the on / off switch pressed for approx. 7 seconds.
(until the 2nd beep)
3. Select option 3 in the help menu.
(do not choose option 7, choose this option only after consulting the support)
