My question is how organizations earn their money I'm now assuming a Fortnite organization - they probably have 10 players or more in the org that they have to pay monthly and the team also has to be paid.
Ok, they still get something through their merchandise, but now they don't get hundreds of thousands of euro / dollars either.
And one of my questions would be how much a pro player earns mntl. In an organization and how much e.g. A scout.
And then you still earn through sponsoring how can you understand that then does the organization write to the company or the other way around and how much does the company sponsor the organization?

An organization pays for itself mainly through sponsors or if many teams are created from certain companies. So as an example Roccat is looking for players for an esports team, then in principle an organization is created from Roccat and is logically financed by Roccat. In return, the team advertises Roccat at tournaments etc. And represents their products on a permanent basis.
Tournament winnings so prize money is split between the player and the captain, merchandise is a secondary income
If an organization is not "founded" or "taken over" directly by another company, they mostly work in their free time, so each player finances himself somehow and gambling is only done in his free time, so no payment other than prize money, these organizations can then if you are good looking for sponsors (which is less common) or you will be seen by companies like Roccat
How much a player earns varies, good players can't complain, that goes from 5k + per month to millions, rather smaller players just less or even nothing, as mentioned above.
