Fortnite on the PC and on the phone with the same account?

So I've been playing Fortnite on my PC for a while now, but I also want to play Fortnite on my mobile when I'm out and about. Can I do that with the same Fortnite account? So I could just play with the same Fortnite account on the phone and then continue with the same on the PC?

Yes, you have to log on to Fortnite's official website and your mobile phone to your account with the PC or to the Fortnite mobile app

I can handle it. If you download Fortnite on your mobile phone, you have to go into the settings and then log in or log out.

So I would have to log out of the PC and log on the phone and then log off again on the phone and log on to the PC again
