Moin people yesterday I wanted to play a normal game of Fortnite but when I wanted to start the game in the Epic Games Launcher, it was at the bottom left

instead of "START" "LOCKED" I wrote to the support and they said I would stay Perma locked but didn't want to tell me a reason. I still don't know what I did. (Don't use VPN, proxy and I've never hacked)
