YOU can only have one Fortnite account per PS4 account. I advise you as long as you don't know how to separate a new PS4 account and to link it to your Fortnite account.
I do not know now when you wrote the support but wait and see what the answers to you. Support should (as long as the question is not rude, aggressive, or makes no sense) answer ALL questions. But there are so many questions that not every one can be answered directly. So just wait or make a new PS4 account as I said.
