I have a question and a problem at the same time
I played Fortnite today on ps4 everything went as normal, then I turned it off and turned it on again an hour later and then I had to log in to ps network because I knew my password by heart I entered the wrong one 5-10 times and then I finally knew the password and all of a sudden it said that access to the PlayStation network via this ps4 was permanently or temporarily suspended with the error code (WS-37338-4)
I then gave my friend the password from my acc he was able to log in without any problems on the PlayStation app for the mobile phone I'm also logged in only on my ps4 it works and more!
I have never insulted anyone or violated anything. Could it be that it got this far because of too many wrong entries?
I've googled so much but can't find anything except that it can be that I can be banned for a few days or even forever and that it is because I violated the guidelines!
I know and what to do, please give me some advice or maybe you know your way around?

I had the same problem, but it's very simple you just call the Playstation customer service tomorrow and give your data to the ones in your account and your ID, then they will discuss all the other things with you and you can say that you forgot your password to log into the Playstation Networks. You will then receive an email where you can reset or change your password.
