Create Fortnite second account?

I wanted to ask if you can create two or more accounts in Fortnite (which of course have different scores).

Yes, that works if you create multiple accounts, e.g. If you play on switch, then create multiple accounts and report them all with different nintendo accounts. (So on account a, register the email a123@gmail.com and set up a fortnite account and then, for example, create an account b and register the email b123@gmail.com and also set up another fortnite account there)

That works on ps4 xbox and switch. With PC and cellphone I don't know if it would be possible. You would always have to log out and log in with another account (which is annoying in the long run)
