The day before yesterday I was kicked out of control for no reason and I couldn't play for 24 hours. I wrote to support but they said it was justified even though I didn't do anything. I then thought I had something on the PC that was recognized as a hack or something. I didn't know what it was, so I reset my PC and just installed Fortnite. After midnight I played again, at first everything was normal, I played a little arena and all that. But after 3 or 4 rounds I was not only kicked out of the round but out of the game. Then I wanted to start it but it didn't work because it was completely locked. I wrote to support again but they said it was justified again and the decision had been made I remain permanently banned. Only the second time nothing could have happened because I only installed Fortnite, nothing else. And I would just play on another account, but the banned one is valuable. Can I do something about that?
