Fortnite Banned Wrong What to do?

I was banned in Fortnite 4 months ago, so my account has been disabled.

I did not hack, cross team or offended so I do not understand my ban. When asking for support in the support you did not want to call me the reason? I do not know what I can do or if I can do anything at all… Could this possibly be a mistake from the anti cheat and if so what can I do?
