Fortnite account ban?

I have two Fortnite accounts, but on one I have the problem that I can't load into the game, error code LS-0016, which actually only means that the game is being updated, but everything is up to date and the other account works perfect.

Am I banned for whatever reason?

Please answer if someone has experience.

If you were banned, it would be there. The best thing to do is to ask Epic Support.
