I thought about using macros and wanted to know how epic found out and then be banned. Do you have to report a player for this or does some system automatically recognize it? And if you get banned, how long is the account gone? I would be happy to hear from you.
Modern anti-cheat programs monitor large parts of the background activities on the PC, a macro command can also be recognized over it.
The ban should then be permanent.
All major game manufacturers have a so-called anti-cheat system that recognizes something immediately, e.g. GTA so just rock star games has something that is why you would mod or glitch, the system recognizes it and you are banned.
I don't know exactly which macros are meant here, but if it is keyboard macros, they are usually saved and executed on the keyboard itself, without any software on the PC. Perhaps there would be an explanation that the time intervals between the individual "inputs" are always the same length (e.g. Ctrl, 10ms, Shift, 10ms, E, 10ms) ?!
