I'm going to assume you mean the Epic Account ID. There's an Epic Account ID for each account. This is mainly used for mapping.
It doesn't matter if you still have the email address and account. However, if you no longer have access to your e-mail address or the account, this is used, among other things, as a verification method to restore access.
If you want to be on the safe side and have uploaded the video to YouTube: There's a "pixel" mode in which you can make areas unrecognizable. Then just make your Epic Account ID unrecognizable.
Personally, however, I don't see any danger in this because you have your account.
