Internet bad in fortnite?

When I start a game in Fortnite I sometimes have bad internet and that sometimes the whole day and have to ping around the 40-70 but if I do a speed test on my cell phone because I have a much better ping my internet jz is easy only bad or is that a mistake in Fortnite
