I'm a very bad loser. I noticed that a few weeks ago. I play a lot of Battle Royales including Fortnite. I can't stand losing. If I lose, I immediately become aggressive and rushed out and if I want to suppress the aggression, then it burns in my stomach with anger. I'm 14, aware that it's a childish behavior, but I hate losing it. This feeling as if you were pathetic and bad. It will kill me. Today I played playing cards with my grandmother. I won 6 times and she won 1 time. Nevertheless, I have the feeling.
Make an anti-aggression theory
That's just how it is, many become aggressive and take a break. Just try to get down a bit or let the play be for a while
A fictional world is one thing. The more important is the real one. As long as you can tell that, you do not need any psychological support.
Real achievements are not on monitors.
These are feelings that no game in the world can really convey to you. Losses and profits are part of a life.
Giving up that would be giving up life.
