Which programs can I use to see program activity on my laptop?

So. I really enjoy playing games on my laptop and I want to give up this habit. That's why I thought about installing a program that shows me which programs / websites I often visit / use. But I have no idea what kind of programs there are. I play Minecraft, Fortnite, CS: GO, Valorant and now and then Rocket League. It should also be able to indicate my activity time on the Internet with websites and e.g. Word too. Hopefully there's something like that.
