Gaming on a laptop?

I have a question about gaming on a laptop.

I recently got an Asus Zenbook as a gift, which is really not made for gaming.

Nevertheless, I would like to play a game like Fortnite on it every now and then, but I'm afraid that this could somehow harm my laptop.

So can it slow him down? Sure, it slows down when I'm playing on it, but if I haven't played on it for a long time and somehow do homework or something, can it be that playing has affected my laptop forever?

Thank you very much, I look forward to your answers!

No this can't be.

However, the laptop can get very hot, so you should always make sure that you don't play on the carpet or something, but always on the table. Another tip is to move the laptop higher, for example with a pencil, so that it can ventilate better.

Because who he is badly cooled, he can't work so well. You can see that on the FPS etc.

No, the game doesn't affect your laptop. Only at the moment of execution will your laptop cry properly. That is not a problem. However, with increasing age and pollution in the cooling system, overheating can occur in the summer when you play.

Otherwise, it doesn't itch the laptop.

Nothing happens there.

If you have a Zenbook with Ryzen APU, then you can also play Fortnite halfway fluently.

But if you have an Intel CPU and no additional graphics card, you don't even need to download it. Unless you're happy with 480p…
