Gaming laptop is broken and slow?

I bought a gaming laptop from Asus almost 2 years ago for almost 1000 euro. Almost always could GTAV & Fortnite with 80-140 FPS gaming without problems.

Processor: Intel i5

Graphics card: gtx 1050 4gb

3 months ago, my laptop was playing while playing and I couldn't do anything anymore, had to switch it off with a button. After that it felt like 10min to start up and since then I have the feeling that everything is just lying there, games like gtav are no longer rendered. Anyone have an idea?

Could be that the graphics card broke. Gaming laptops break down quickly. Have a look in the device manager to see what the graphics card says.

Otherwise you could still try to simply reinstall the operating system.
